稍微解释一下，可能很多人一看标题就懵了，艾滋病人都能捐精捐卵了？

如果引申展开一下，就是说如果HIV感染者的病毒载量确实不可检测，那么通过精子或卵子传播HIV的风险极低甚至可以忽略不计。

但你要说从这里跳跃到可以让艾滋病患者捐精或者捐卵。

首先，这个得做知情同意吧，接收者需要了解捐赠者的HIV感染状态和病毒载量情况，并自愿接受捐赠才行。

然后还要严格管控捐精捐卵的过程，确保捐赠者在治疗中的稳定状态，并定期进行病毒载量监测。

这事情可能很多人都难以理解，就普通人的精子卵子不够捐的吗？一定要艾滋病患者的吗？

我就好奇一个啊，假设未来英国方面以考虑处于保护捐赠者隐私的目的，拒绝透漏捐赠者的艾滋病感染状态，然后跟正常人的混在一起，玩个狼人杀，那就6了。
